Making A Payment

Making a payment could not be easier. Register your details then just browse our shop click the item you wish to purchase, add it to your basket. Add which size and colour you would like on the pay pal screen or send us a separate email.

We check the site daily so will be in contact with you about the size and colour you would like.

A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been placed to confirm.

Availability Of Goods

If we are unable to supply you with the item you have chosen, you will be contacted as soon as possible. We will give you an expected delivery date or the option of an exchange or refund.

We accept all major credit cards. Or if yo prefer you can pay through Pay Pal

We also accept cheques, postal orders and cash. If you use any of these methods they must be sent via recorded delivery. Please make cheques payable to Jodie Benton.

Out of stock item within 7-14 days (Unless otherwise stated)

Items from Allure Leather may take between 10-17days

Items from Tony Shoes may take 7-14days

Stock from Allure leather and Tony Shoes are ordered from North America

Returns

Items can only be returned if faulty within 7 days of receipt. Please return in original packaging with all labels still attached. Please send with covering letter explaining fault.

We hold no responsibility for items lost in post, so recommend you return them via recorded delivery or similar service. If returning any item please email first.
